Self-love and care aren’t only about personal evolution or creating a ripple outward. They’re also about cultivating the inner capacity to notice ego, fear, and conditioned responses, and instead of acting on them, choosing intentional, grounded action rooted in our values. From this place, community care can include what we imagine and desire in addition to what we resist, allowing even our hurt to become fuel for collective transformation.
